On the morning of March 9, Taiyan Huang, CPC Secretary of Wuhan University, came to our School for investigation and direction. Tianliang Li, Deputy Director of the General Office of Wuhan University, accompanied the investigation, and Xingrong Fu, CPC Secretary of our School, Wei Lu, Dean of our School, participated in the investigation meeting.

Taiyan Huang listened to the report of the leading team of the School, and fully affirmed the achievements of the School in the course of one hundred years' development, especially in recent years. He pointed out that under the background of building a digital China, the discipline of information management is promising. He hoped that the leading team of the School would work hard and lead all the faculty and staff of the School to focus on discipline construction and make more and better achievements around the four orientations; Strengthen the construction of talent team, pay more attention to the growth of young populations, and build an important center and innovative highland for world talents in disciplines; Strengthen international exchanges, promote interdisciplinary exchanges, build an international academic exchange center for the discipline, and enhance the international influence of the discipline continuously.
