Recently, the result of 2022 Wuhan University Annual Employment Assessment was published. The undergraduate employment of our School ranked the sixth among all the undergraduate education institutions in Wuhan University and was rated as level A after the schools’ self-assessment, Wuhan University review and experts’ review from inside and outside of Wuhan University.

In 2022, with the care and instructions of Students' Employment Guidance and Service Center of Wuhan University, our School implemented the employment work led by the head of the School, held regular employment work meetings, and promoted the students’ employment work steadily.

Collaborative education runs through the process of students' growth. Our School has formed a whole-process, all-round and full-participation career education and consulting service system.

Adhere to the principle of the openness of employment information and the disclosure of recommend candidates. School teachers share recruitment information in the industry actively to help students find jobs via multiple channels.

Strengthen guidance to the students, held the 2022 undergraduate graduates' conference and parents' meeting, and carried out various employment help activities such as Face to Face with Schoolfellows, SIM Growth Camp and Employment Guidance Month to help students improve their employment awareness and ability; Strengthen services for the students, embody humanistic care in promoting employment work. School distributed gift packages to students who would take the postgraduate entrance examination, and provided special rooms for students who participate in the second interview during the epidemic.

The employment of undergraduates in 2022 has achieved good results through the joint efforts of teachers and students of the whole School, and the employment implementation rate ranked among the top in Wuhan University.

The School will take further plan and deploy the employment of undergraduates in 2023, take various measures simultaneously, deeply understand the actual needs of graduates, enrich the forms and contents of employment and entrepreneurship guidance, help students to establish an objective employment cognition, improve their employability, strengthen communication and exchanges with employers, open up the employment market, and strive to achieve high-quality employment of the 2023 graduates of our School.
