In meeting room No. 205, the teachers of the Department of Library Science gathered together to introduce the subject status, teaching staff, academic influence, excellent alumni and employment prospects of library science specialty in detail, and answered students' questions from different angles, such as the difference between library science and other majors. Laughter came from the meeting room No. 207. It turned out that the teachers and students of the Department of Archives and Government Information Studies were talking happily. The teachers systematically introduced the curriculum, personnel training, employment direction and other information of archival science specialty, and explained the indispensable value of archives from national policies, cultural heritage, social covering and other aspects. The senior students present said that learning archival science had a unique sense of happiness, could be satisfied with self-worth and social value, and they expected new blood to join the archives family.

While explaining the characteristics of professional courses and disciplines, the teachers also discussed and analyzed the core connotation and educational philosophy of publishing science with students. Some graduating undergraduates also took part in answering questions, and shared their study plan and experience at the undergraduate stage with the students. The optimization, upgrading and comprehensive integration of editing and publishing (digital publishing) major of this year will be more suitable for the needs of the integrated development of the publishing industry, and students are expected to shine in their study.

Entering the meeting room No. 206, the teachers of the Department of Electronic Commerce were answering students' doubts patiently. In order to break the stereotypes of "e-commerce", teachers explained the focus of e-commerce specialty with the difference between e-commerce and livestreaming marketing. At present, the Department of Electronic Commerce insists on cultivating comprehensive talents of innovation, originality and entrepreneurship for the Internet industry. E-commerce majors have distinctive competitive advantages and have achieved good results in the China International College Students' "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and the China National College Student "Innovation, Originality and Entrepreneurship" Challenge. The students nodded in recognition, and they also had a clearer understanding of the e-commerce major.

The student-teacher exchange meeting of the Department of Big Data Security and Secrecy was held in meeting room No. 210. Students asked many questions about the newly-opened Big Data Management and Application major this year. The teachers introduced that the major will focus on the application of big data technology in data analysis and data management, and strive to cultivate innovative, applied and compound talents who can serve the country's major strategic needs and lead social progress.
