CiteScore scores journals by calculating the citation of articles published in a journal for three consecutive years in the fourth year, and ranks them by subject category. CiteScore's citation data mainly comes from more than 22,000 journals and other publications in Scopus database, covering natural science, technology, engineering, medicine, social science, art and humanities and other subjects. This index is one of the important evaluation indexes of academic journals recommended by academic community at present.
